Stephen Lee-Thomas was born in Visalia, California, and built a thriving career as a Director of Operations for a Fortune 25 company with annual revenues of $120 billion before discovering his true passion: commercial real estate. Since early 2018, Stephen has invested as a passive investor in over 7 multifamily apartment complexes, encompassing 1,600 units with a combined value of nearly $100 million.
In 2021, Stephen transitioned to a full-time active general partner role, where he oversees financial forecasting, property acquisitions, and the management of a growing portfolio of assets. To date, Stephen and his team have acquired over 19 multifamily apartment complexes in under eight years, with a total portfolio value of $260 million. They have successfully gone full cycle on eight of these properties and raised more than $70 million in total capital, delivering impressive ROI of 80%-100% to their investors within just 2-3 years.
